Cook pasta to desired doneness, drain and rinse.

To make the sauce, melt butter in olive oil. Add chives, parsley and dill. Cook until herbs barely start to sizzle, 1-2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir in cream and lemon rind. Cook on low until cream begins to simmer. Remove from heat. Pour over pasta. Add parmesan and toss well. Garnish with extra parsley and chives.
